What do I eat when wearing my corset?

Whatever you want!

Just make sure they’re small portions.

I eat oatmeal or eggs for breakfast; protein pasta, tuna or turkey sandwich for lunch; and either steak or chicken with rice & veggies for dinner.

I switch it up every week, and I do occasionally eat the wrong foods while wearing my corset.

Just know that even if you try to sneak a sip of soda or some nice greasy fries, your corset will know and you will feel it.

You can eat most of what ever you want, just in small portions.

You’re not going to and should not be, starving yourself while you’re wearing a corset.

Don’t deprive your body of adequate nutrition.

Deprive it of sugar, carbonated drinks, maybe even fast food and alcohol.

Instead of eating your normal sized meals, maybe say, a whole chicken breast, rice, and a salad…you may only eat ½.

And then in a couple hours come back for the rest.

If you do eat the entire thing and your corset is on pretty tight, you may start to feel like you’re gonna throw up, or you’ll need to either loosen up your corset or take it off altogether.

The fact is, when you’re wearing a corset, you will get fuller faster, that’s not called starving yourself.

And if you grew up having to finish all your food, just get a smaller plate.
